Access storage in Alliston is amazing. The service was awesome from the onset with Alex Soriano. Customer service at its absolute best.. It felt as though we became friends in such a short time, so very helpful, and knowledge, listened and provided what I needed in a short time, great personality..awesome awesome awesome person to deal with. The contact person/office manager Jennifer from the Alliston location, same thing, great to deal with, helpful, friendly and went the extra mile as well. Thx to both of you for making this experience with Access, another successful one. Your truly professionals who love your jobs!!!

I had a very positive experience from start to finish. The staff were knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely patient, which I truly appreciated. They made the process easy to understand and were always happy to help. Excellent customer service all around. I will definitely recommend them.

AFTER A HORRIFIC MOVE WHERE EVERYTHING WENT WRONG, USING ACCESS STORAGE IN ALLISTON IS BY FAR THE BEST DECISION I HAVE MADE. HAVE HAD BOXES IN STORAGE SINCE MAY 2025. ALTHOUGH A BIT PRICEY, MY BELONGINGS ARE IN A DRY, CLEAN AND SAFE FACILITY, WHICH PUTS ME AT EASE. THE BEST ASSET THAT THIS STORAGE FACILITY HAS IS THE SITE MANAGER. SHE HAS BEEN WONDERFUL AND VERY HELPFUL. JENN CARDINAL KNOWS HER STUFF. SHE IS SMART, PROFESSIONAL AND HAS BEEN THERE FOR ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. MY GOAL IS TO SCALE DOWN MY BELONGINGS AND HAVE A MUCH SMALL UNIT FOR THE FUTURE.

Jenn is absolutely a sweetheart.
My dad and I both had multiple storage units and she helped us consolidate everything into one. She made it very easy and pleasant with her amazing and warm people skills and personality.
