Wow! As newbies to the storage game, we were not sure what to expect. From the call with Sheila to ask questions through to arranging a unit (on a Saturday) to working with Domenic, the Manager at the units, hands down the best customer service we’ve experienced in a long time! I called last minute and needed a storage unit for just a brief time. I was able to get just what I needed with the help from Access storage in Alliston Ontario. The gentleman who assisted me was friendly, kind and extremely helpful! I highly recommend it!

Dominic was excellent at helping us get into our storage unit. He showed us how to use the codes and where the lights were. Very friendly. The storage unit is very clean and we were able to move our things into it very easily.
